A Favour

When I visited RD Rintoul Pet Care Centre for my usual list of live and frozen food, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t going to be just another day............

When Derek saw me and asked ‘What are you doing this Sunday?’ The alarm bells started to ring quietly in my mind.

The rest of the conversation went something like this....................

‘Er......... nothing that I can think of ........ why?’

‘I’m looking for a favour.’

‘Ok’

‘A BIG favour.’

*Alarm bells getting louder*

‘Okaaaaay?’

‘Gordon at Oban Zoo has just phoned to say that their female Burmese Python has started laying eggs and they look fertile, but they don’t have a large enough incubator.’

You can guess the rest.................
